Spay & Neuter KC spays or neuters around 10 thousand pets a year. Vaccinating almost that many so they can stay healthy. And provides other resources, such as a Special Medical Care Fund, dog houses, pet food and more … all of it so that more pets can stay in their homes, off the streets, and out of shelters.

Shabbat worship service followed by a presentation and Q&A from Devin Burghart, director of the Center for New Community’s Building Democracy Initiative. Burghart’s role at the center includes tracking and unmasking the growing white supremacist movement in all its disguises. When white supremacists stage an event—often under purposely misleading banners, Devin is able to identify the hate networks behind the scenes and quickly inform local groups who the players are and what their real agenda is, providing the information they need to respond.
